Get to know me!

 I know some of you are new here so allow me to introduce myself!
+ I’m Amanda, I’m a wife (7 years married), a mom, (2yo daughter and baby girl due in August) believer, and full time real estate agent :)
+ I always wanted to be involved in Real Estate in some way, even as a teen, but my family said I haddd to go to college. Haha!
+ I grew up around real estate with my parents owning rental properties, my aunt always being an Irongate Agent, and my mom later also getting her res license.
+ I went to @miamiuniversity ‘s @farmerschoolofbusiness and majored in marketing. I worked in corporate America for about four years then decided to get my real estate license. I took my real estate courses @sinclaircollege !
+ You can catch my husband (@wade_addison_gates ) and I at @morningstar_dayton and usually volunteering with @lift.sm We love our church! Join us!
+ My husband and I bought our first house when I was 21! We have a 70s split level that we have been renovating for almost the last 10 years lol

+ I was licensed in 2019 before Covid and the market changed! I have learned so much over the last four years with everything that has happened. I really love helping my clients sell, buy, and build. Sometimes it truly doesn’t feel like work! I would love to help you too!
